Looking over last month’s posts (or lack of), I am suddenly struck with just how busy the month has been both at work and with our family. Busy in a good way, but still busy.
The people at Proctor & Gamble understand that as parents, life gets out of control some times, and flies by so quickly and this is why I think I fit in perfectly with the amazing group of 40 moms from across the country who get to work with various P&G brands over the course of the next seven months as part of their #PGMom program. That’s the hashtag if you want to follow along on Twitter.
So, what does this mean? Well, for starters I made the trip out to Toronto at the beginning of this month to meet the other bloggers, and the team at P&G and Citizen Optimum. I spent a whole day listening, trying out new items, asking questions and absorbing as much information as I could. I got the chance to ask questions about different products within P&G. I talked about Iams because of our rescued cats, and I saw, in great detail how the diapers that my daughter uses really works to name a couple of things.

I am excited to learn more and begin posting about some of their products and upcoming promotions. I consider myself very lucky to be one of the P&G Moms as many of my friends and bloggers that I admire are also a part of the program.

Why I am happy to be a part of this program. As a mom to two kids who works both in and out of the house, my time is limited and detailed instructions with numerous steps irk me. There are very few things I will take the time to do, but they do include anything with my kids and husband, my work, taking care of me, and my makeup when I need to meet with anyone (even then, that last one sometimes gets put on the back burner). For the most part, I just want products that are safe, efficient and cost effective.
For this reason, a lot of the products that I already use are from Procter & Gamble.

I am looking forward to being informed and learning over the coming months and I thank Procter & Gamble and Citizen Optimum for reaching out to me and including me in this initiative.
Disclosure: I am working with Procter & Gamble over the next seven months as part of their #PGMom program. At times I may receive products in order to complete a post, or some other form of incentive to post an article. The opinions expressed in this post are my own and I will always disclose if a post is my opinion, or a paid insertion. Paid or not, I will never post something that I don’t personally agree with.

I had a good time and learned a lot but wish I didn’t have a migraine. By the time we did that round table discussion together, it hurt so bad I wanted to cry.
