Create Your Own Digital Storybook With Dora

Nickelodeon Canada has a special Dora the Explorer Digibook promotion at Walmart stores across Canada. Now, you can work with your little one to create a special, personalized Dora digital storybook that they can keep for themselves.

This is what the tag on specially-marked Dora merchandise looks like.

To join in the fun and create a storybook for your child, you will need to look for specially marked Dora products at Walmart stores across Canada. On those products, you can find a PIN that will give you access to create one book for your child and you can download it and email it to yourself. To access the website to create your digibook, go to doradigibook.com.

At the beginning of the story, you create your character and fill in the blanks to share a little more information about yourself such as name, age and location. Then you answer some kid-specific questions such as their favorite colour and drink/juice. Then you indicate whether your child is a boy or girl, and you set up facial and hair features to make your character look a little more like your child.

Then the story begins and as you go through the story, you can place certain characters wherever you want on each page. Once the story is complete, you have the chance to share and save the final story. You can email it to yourself, share it on Twitter or Facebook or email it to friends and family. There is also a download link so you can save it directly to your computer.

So get your creative juices flowing. And to help you out, Nickelodeon is giving away an adorable Dora outfit for size 2T (T-Shirt and Leggings set) complete with a unique PIN for so you can also try out the Dora Digital Story Book.
