I am a snacker and I get constant cravings during the day. I try to keep a lot of fruit and vegetables on hand, but sometimes the little voice inside my head screams ‘you can do better than that’. By better, I know I want something sweet.

Fibre 1 and Nature Valley both have new snack options that have hit the shelves recently and they look good enough to, well you know, eat.

The following three are now available to meet your mid-summer afternoon cravings:

Fibre 1 Brownies

Fibre 1 Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel Bars

Flavours: Only the one listed
Description: high Fibre bar with the perfect trio of chocolate, sweet caramel and salty pretzel crunch. Great way to get 20% of your daily required fibre.

From now until July 3rd, you can head over to the Life Made Delicious Facebook page and click on their ‘Free Coupon’ tab. You will be redirected to Save.ca where you can print a FPC coupon good for the whole value (minus taxes) for one of any of the items listed above.

This coupon will be good only on one day though, July 24th, so after you order your coupon, make sure you mark it on your calendars so you don’t forget to redeem it.
