On September 27, Walt Disney Studios released Jake And The Never Land Pirates: Season 1, Volume 1 on DVD. This DVD also includes a music CD and a collectible eye patch. This DVD has seven episodes from the series blue a bonus.
Join Jake and his crew; Izzy, Cubby and Skully in each episode as they set off on adventure, solve puzzles and try to stay one step ahead of Captain Hook and Mr. Smee.
Filled with songs, wonderful story lines and catchy music, Jake and the Never Land Pirates has become a favourite in our household. At the beginning of the episodes, Jake invites the viewer in to their story by asking them to join his group. During the episodes, when a problem is solved, Jake and his crew earns gold doubloons. At the end of the show, Jake includes the viewers when counting all of the treasures they got during their adventure.
Our three year old daughter finds the show a lot of fun to watch and laughs at the bumbling Captain Hook.
