Febreze: Giveaway (Closed)

We always have an extra supply of Febreze on hand in our house. With a toddler, a newborn and two elderly cats, there is no shortage of undesirable smells that pop up on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, both of our cats are getting old, one is 19 years old and the other is 15 years old. And with their age, we have the occasional fur ball, throw up, and bathroom accident that we need to deal with quickly when they are found to maintain a safe environment for our daughters and ourselves.

Our newborn is still learning how her little body works so we also have our share of throw up. And our toddler has her share of spills when it comes to drinks or food. Papa Bird and I are also not immune to messes, so add all of this to our regular everyday wear and tear and having something that can eliminate our smells and replace them with more desirable scents on hand is a must.

Febreze has a wonderful line of products to suit everyone’s need. Whether you like candles, sprays, oil warmers/releasers or all of the above, you can find great options to eliminate odours with a wonderful selection of scents. My favorite smells are always the fruity scents, but I do also enjoy lavender and linen scents.

I use the lavender scents in bedrooms and rooms where I love to relax, I use the linen scents near our washer and dryer and I use the fruit scents everywhere else in our house and Febreze has all of these scents and more. Febreze works by eliminating odours completely, not just covering them up temporarily. Because the smell is eliminated, Febreeze scents can be softer because they don’t have to compete to overcome the odours.

I like that Febreze has a lot of different options for eliminating odours. I don’t use the candles too much right now because we have our young daughters in the house, but they are nice to light after they have gone to sleep. While they are awake and their curiosity is running wild with them, I like to have the plug-ins and the Set & Refresh options. And of course, for our couches and chairs (AKA the cat beds), the Fabric Refreshers do a great job. Last but not least, for those times that we are minutes away from guests arriving and I run downstairs to grab something only to find that one of the cats just used their litter (how can something so small smell so much some times?), I grab the Air Effects and everything is gone in time for visitors.
