I’m think of trying pickles for the first time.
I also make my peach chutney every year too.
I would like to try canning tomatoes. My greenhouse produced an abundant supply this year and I would have loved to have been able to can them!

My sister and I were just talking about canning! I would love to can all the items that my grandma and mother did when I was a kid. Jam, peaches, apple sauce, tomotoes and anything else I grow in my garden.
I would can tomatoes for sauce, pickles, beets, peaches, and anything else I can get my hands on at the farmers market. Nothing beats home made ice cream with your own canned peaches in the middle of winter.
Would love to do canning! Apples for our baby…. beets and pickles for us!
