July 11 is Slurpee Day at 7-11 stores across the country. You can go in to get a free 7.11 ounce slurpee. There are 1,000 per store, perfect on a hot summer day. We are originally from Winnipeg (shout out to the Slurpee capital of the world…), and summer just wouldn’t be summer without slurpees!
Also, the smart source flyer is out this weekend so make sure you start checking your papers and flyers for the insert.

I’m originally from Winnipeg too! I miss my Slurpees so much, it was never too cold to drink them. My parents have a 7-11 just around the corner from their place (okay who am I kidding there is a 7-11 on nearly every corner!), and it’s a must stop every day we’re there! A couple of summers ago they had a mocha flavored one, I loved it.
I don’t think I could make it through a summer without a slurpee. I usually can only finish a small, but I still love them.
