About a month ago I came up with the idea to develop a site to bring fellow Canadian bloggers together, to help those who are new to blogging and to connect Canadian bloggers with businesses and public relations. Blogger Connect was born.
I know some of these ideas won’t happen over night, but it is something I am striving to achieve.
If you have a Canadian blog, are thinking about starting one or have decided that you either want to monetize your current site or begin adding product reviews, I hope you will get some useful information here.
I love chatting with and helping out This Bird’s Day readers with bloggy questions, and I want to take it one step further by opening up a site to meet up, ask for help and offer advice. I also didn’t want to load this site up with behind the scenes posts as I feel that adding too many topics to the mix can make a blog look crowded.
I realize that by looking at it now, I have two posts, but rest assured, I have big plans for this site as it grows. I am not done with the design either so that will change over the next little while. I am launching this site in it’s absolute infancy and am hoping that as I build the site, I can share posts on how and why I did certain things from a blogger’s point of view.
Stop by Blogger Connect and take a look around and let me know what you think.
And if you get a chance, can you follow me on Twitter over there – I only have one follower, and it’s me!

Sheri, your Blogger Connect Canada site is very interesting. This will be a big help to all those new bloggers out there. Keep on blogging!
Love Mom
