New Scope Outlast Mouthwash & Crest Extra White Toothpaste

May 31, 2010 · 1 comment

Scope LogoReleased in April of this year, New Scope Outlast mouthwash and Crest Extra White Plus Scope Outlast toothpaste are teaming up to deliver lasting fresh breath. These products are infused with advanced Outlast technology that binds tightly with select receptors in the mouth, triggering a minty fresh sensation that lasts longer than brushing alone with a regular toothpaste.

Crest OutlastOur Family tried out the Crest Plus Scope Outlast Whitening Toothpaste in Minty Fresh. Actually Papa Bird got to try it out first and he came downstairs and told me that “It’s like brushing your teeth with a giant Tic Tac!”

SOLD!

After that comment I had to try it out right away. I love Tic Tacs and this toothpaste tastes exactly like a min Tic Tac. It does keep my mouth feeling fresh. I brushed my teeth before work at 7:30 this morning. I’m posting this at 12:30 and my mouth still feels fresh. Don’t confuse that with my breath smelling fresh though. I did have pizza for lunch, but the feel is still there.

Crest Extra White Plus Scope Outlast is available at mass retail, drug and grocery stores across Canada food at a suggested retail price of $2.99 – $3.89.

ScopeWe also received the Scope Outlast Mouthwash in Long Lasting Peppermint. I am particular when it comes to mouthwashes. I find a lot of them burn as I am rinsing, or they completely dry out my mouth. I really enjoyed this new product. My mouth didn’t feel dry, just cool and it didn’t burn as I was trying to rinse my mouth. I was easily able to rinse for the recommended 30 seconds as listed in the directions.

Scope Outlast is available at mass retail, drug and grocery stores across Canada food as of April, 2010 at a suggested retail price of $0.99 (44mL), $4.99 (750mL); $6.99 (1250ML). Remember: these are suggested prices, retailers can ask what they want.

Also – I have a sneaking suspicion that BrandSaver will be loading their new coupons in the next couple of days so be on the lookout in case there are any good coupons in there for Crest or Scope – fingers crossed.

* I received a full-sized sample of Scope Outlast Mouthwash and Crest with Scope Outlast Toothpaste for free to complete my review. The opinions expressed in this post are mine only and are in no way influenced by any outside factors.
