I was able to try out a couple of products from Quantum Health that I was excited about. You see, I get cold sores probably about 4-5 times a year and canker sores a few times a year.
Quantum Health makes natural products to treat a variety of problems including both cold and canker sores.
The first product I got to try out almost immediately. I was sent a sample of their Lip Clear Lysine+ for cold sores. I have to say I hate cold sores. For me, cold sores come on when I am stressed out, then I get more stressed and it spreads – grrr!
I applied this treatment to my cold sore and it didn’t spread, it was also gone in a few days. Most remarkable to me is that I haven’t had any since then and it has been a couple of months.
I am beyond impressed with this product and it is all-natural. Lip Clear Lysine+ speeds healing, stops itching and burning, stops prickling, soreness, tenderness and blistering. And to top it off, it costs less than other brands available today.
I also reviewed Canker Cover, an oral canker sore patch that covers cankers for about 12 hours while it heals them. It is a white tablet that you place over your canker sore. Within 30 minutes, the tablet turns to a clear gel and sticks to the sore. Then over the course of the next 8 – 12 hours it works to get rid of the sore. It comes in a natural mint flavour and is made with all-natural ingredients as well.
The gel patch felt awkward while I had it on, probably because I just wasn’t used to it, but my canker sore was almost all gone by the time it dissolved and was completely gone the next day.
I am a big fan of using natural products – when they work. And both of these worked really well for me.
