Not every weekend. There are three different coupon inserts to watch out for. I have the 2010 schedule of when they come out posted at this link: http://www.thisbirdsday.com/2009/12/canada-coupon-flyer-insert-schedule.html

The brandsaver comes out 3-4 times a year and it is the biggest insert. I usually post when it is coming out next if I hear about it ahead of time, so keep checking back.

Hi Kavita – I'm not sure about Canmore. Try checking the Journal on Saturday to see if it is in there. I was in Jasper once when the flyers came out and they had them so it is worth a try. I'm not sure at what point the flyers are added to the papers. My fingers are crossed for you.
