Dr. Natura’s Colonix Program – Part 2

I am about half way through my month long review of Dr. Natura’s Colonix program and so far things are going well. Read my original post for more information.

Since starting on this program, I have found that I have more energy during the day. I’m not bouncing off the walls or anything, but I have a little more motivation to get up and do the things I need to get done.

During the second week, I went through some time where I felt a little bloated. I had a day where I was super busy and I barely drank any water. The program states that you need to drink a certain amount of water, so that is probably why I didn’t feel to well. Lesson learned – follow instructions! It has since passed and I am back to normal.

My favorite part of the program is the Kleri Tea that I take just before bed. In addition to tea being a great hot drink to have to relax at the end of the day, it also has a good taste to it. I’m a herbal tea drinker regularly so I enjoy this tea.

The part I don’t like about the program is the Colonix Intestinal Cleanser. It is a powder that you take in the morning. I am not really a fan of the taste but I have found that when I blend it with 100% juice in the blender in the morning that I am able to take it with no problem. I also got a comment on my last post that mixing it with yogurt works well too.

This program has so far been a great start to my journey to a healthier me and I am happy that I was chosen to try this product out and share my findings with you. I will be back with my wrap up at the end.
