I realized yesterday that I post a lot of reviews and giveaways and it’s been so hectic around here lately that I haven’t taken a post for myself in a while (except for all of those ‘vote for me’ posts

So here is what is new about me/us.

I have been back at work full time for almost 4 months now and I am really enjoying it. We are going through some restructuring of duties to manage our work load with less staff (as many companies are now) and so far, I like what my position is going to look like.

At home, Baby Bird is growing by leaps and bounds. She is walking, almost running and loves to blow kisses, and show everyone her different body parts like her nose, hair and belly button. She has been battling a cold over the past week so we are all a little sleep deprived.

Papa Bird and I are slowly getting ready for the holidays but we are missing our family and friends from back home in Winnipeg. It’s hard to be far away on the holidays. We will be using our Skype a lot.

I started this site almost a year ago and I love it. I have chatted with many of you through comments or email and I really enjoy all of the friendships I’ve made. If you ever have a question, or want to email to say hi, please feel free.
