Today, August 13th is Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen. When you buy any Blizzard treat at participating DQs, money will be donated to children’s hospitals across the country.
In my province (Alberta), 100% of all of the proceeds from Blizzards bought at northern DQ locations will go to the Edmonton Stollery Children’s Hospital. 100%!!!
A family that is very close to our hearts has needed the Stollery and the wonderful staff that work there a lot over the past year. I know where we are going for dessert tonight!
If you aren’t in Alberta, it is going on all over the country today and various children’s hospitals are benefiting from it.
