Since Baby Bird started daycare I have been using my extra time during the day to get myself caught up before I go back to work on the 24th. The Monthly and Weekly Day Planner I received from Chaos…Simplified couldn’t have come at a better time.

Chaos…Simplified began a couple of years ago and is proudly owned and operated by Corri Bitner from Drumheller, Alberta. Her desire for the perfect planner to help her organize her day, life, kids, husband, meals, friends, family and all around life lead her to create the perfect Women’s Day Planner.
As Corri says on her site, “If you ‘simplify’ the ‘chaos’ you still get to experience the full adventure while still managing to come out of it with most of the hair on your head still intact…”.
My sister-in-law told me that one of the hardest parts of going back to work after maternity leave was dinner plans. It’s a big part of your evening routine and if you aren’t organized, it can eat up a lot of your limited quality time with your family. One of my favorite parts of this planner is that it includes a section each day for supper plans. Our family will be using this feature every day. We used to write down what we were going to eat for the week on a piece of paper, then a day later, we lost the paper and we were lost. Not any more…
There are so many great features and sections of this day planner that you can’t find in other planners. I also like that you can view both your weekly and monthly schedule at the same time. It’s nice to always have your whole month in front of you to plan for things down the road instead of constantly flipping through your book to see where you are.
Chaos…Simplified has generously offered a 2010 – 2011 Day Planner to one lucky reader ($28.95 Value).
To enter: Go to Chaos…Simplified, click to view the 4 larger images to see what is in the day planner, then come back here and leave a comment at the end of this post telling me what section you like or will use the most if you owned this planner. *You must do this for any additional entries to count.

This contest is open to US and Canadian residents and runs until 8pm MST on Saturday, August 29, 2009.

I love that you can see weekly and monthly calendar at the same time! But I think my fave section would be the financial planner split into 2 pay periods.
Comments are now closed for this giveaway. Thank you to everyone who entered. I will draw a winner shortly. Good Luck.

I will simply use the entire planner, no favorite section.

This is my first time on this site as I accidentally happened upon it after pushing a wrong tab on my computer. What's ironic is that I couldn't sleep all night so I spent a few hours seraching ebay for a Coach 2010 planner. The Coach planners are very elegant and beautiful on the outside but once you get beyond the attractive exterior, the content is basically "blah", just more of the same old thing.I think I nodded out for a second because as I shook myself out of a stupor while in the process of falling out of my chair, I accidentailly hit one of the computer keys and ended up here. What's incredibly ironic is that this particular contest is for the exact thing I couldn't find last night, a 2010 Planner. After perusing the different sections, the one that caught my eye was the Goal of th Day on the Top of every page. I love this concept because it forces you to examine your life, decide what needs improvement, write it down at the top of the page where it's prominently displayed, and serves as a constant reminder to set aside time every day,to make improvements in your life. I really love this particular aspect but in truth, this planner is one of the few things in life that's an exception to the old saying that "one must choose either style or substance" because this planner truly has it all!!!!!
I just became a follower of your blog.

I would use everything but especially like the Monthly Goals pages so I can see the "big picture" every month.

It all looks so helpful! I love the financial planning pages (so much neater than my notes scribbled on a calendar in front of my computer) but I think I'd use the weekly calendar the most, especially the supper plan! It would assist me greatly in my goal to be more organized!

I would use the Financial Planning section the most – I do find myself running short before my next pay and this looks like it could help. Though I probably wouldn't be running short if I was making what the fictional planner person is making!!
I like the goal section, what a good idea!

I would use the monthly finances page the most, closely followed by the daily planner.

I would be using the monthly finance page every month. I am really bad at keeping track of that kind of thing. Having it all in one organized place may actually help me save a bit of money

I love the Top priority, and week at a glace. Maybe this would help so I could stop double booking myself!
Love the Finance section by month. Makes it easy to check back and see what bills have been paid.

I would use the 2 pay period sections the most. I get paid once a month but my boyfriend gets paid 2x/month. We budget together but since we are both used to doing it based on our pay schedules it is hard to get on the same page sometimes.
