I went out to our Home Outfitters Friends & Family night last night with a girlfriend, and we had a great time.

We were entered into a contest and given a game to play to get an extra entry. Then we picked up our list of deals and wandered around the store. They had BOGO’s on towels (that were already on sale at $6.99 each), and a bunch of other discounts. From 7-8pm they also had ‘take an extra 50% off of all clearance prices’ in kitchen gadgets, furniture and home accents.

I got a cute kitchen timer (regular $19.99) in the shape of a cooking pot for $2.50 and a table cloth for $5. We sampled some food and margarita mixes and had a good time.

Then came the draw and my friend won THE GRAND PRIZE – a cute table and chairs set for morning coffee in the yard and some glasses to go with it valued at over $150 – CONGRATS!!!
